Strength Training 12 Week Series

A 12 week series for strength training. Two 30 minute strength training class a week using weights and resistance band loops targeting the whole body. Variations and options will be offered to help everyone work at their best level and adapt for the needs of their own body. Other props that might be useful: a chair, the wall, yoga blocks, step stool.
There will be two live Zoom classes a week for the first 6 weeks. For the second 6 weeks we will use the video recordings of the first 12 classes to continue strengthening but increasing load and trying different variations. 

For the first 6 weeks students can participate during the live Zoom class or use the recorded video at their convenience. During the second 6 weeks Becca will send a weekly encouragement email with links to the video recordings in order to continue the strength training benefits.
