Yoga for Healthy Hips

Do your hips often feel stiff, tight, cranky, despite plenty of stretching? Our hip joints need more than just stretching to keep them healthy and feeling good. This collection and content will educate you on the movements and mechanics of the hip joint, the relationship of the hip to the low back and how to incorporate targeted hip strengthening. And there will be plenty of great hip stretches as well. 
This Yoga for Healthy Hips collection includes a 90 minute workshop video, a PDF handout of drawing to help you do the exercises on your own and 4 additional practices of varying lengths with a focus on the hips. All videos are led by Becca Impello, Physical Therapist and Yoga Therapist.
