A 30 minute strength training class using weights and resistance band loops targeting the whole body. Variations and options will be offered to help everyone work at their best level and adapt for the needs of their own body. Other props that might be useful: a chair, the wall, yoga blocks, step stool.
To participate in the series you will need minimum level of equipment:
  • 2 sets of hand weights - one lighter and one heavier
  • 2-5 resistance band loops - lighter to heavier 
  • chair
  • wall
Optional 
  • one heavy weight - kettle bell, dumbbell, weighted ball
  • yoga blocks
  • Step stool or sturdy low table
