A carefully guided slow flow yoga class with specific attention to alignment. Expect a moderately challenging class with an emphasis on mindfulness to promote awareness of body, mind and breath. Instructor will cue options for both more challenge and protective modifications so that all students can practice at their appropriate level. Students will get up and down from the floor up to 5-6 x at a moderate pace. Recommended props: Mat, Blanket, 2 Blocks, Strap (pillow, bolster and chair optional)
