A slow paced class with a focus on therapeutic application of yogic practices. Asana practice will include a focus on functional movement, joint health and core control. We will also include breath work and mindfulness meditation. Appropriate for anyone who can get up and down from the floor 2-3 times during class with use of blocks or a chair. Recommended props: Mat, Blanket, 2 Blocks, Bolster or pillow, strap and sturdy chair with no arms.
